Late Arrivals
Delta Queen has staff available 24/7.
Children and Pets
Children of all ages will be welcome to stay overnight on the Delta Queen. Delta Queen does not accept pets.
Non-Smoking Facility:
The Delta Queen and its restaurants and lounges are smoke-free.
Breakfast:
Your stay includes a hearty fresh gourmet breakfast available in the Orleans Room. Pastries and coffee are available on the Forward Deck Lounge.
Room Payment:
Your room(s) will be fully charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made, including all applicable charges for services and 17.25% tax. Any further services or additions to a reservation will be charged to the card provided at the time they are requested.
Cancellations:
A full credit towards a future stay, less a $25 administrative fee, will be given as long as you cancel at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. If you cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your arrival, we will give you full credit towards a future stay, less a $25 administrative fee, only if we are able to re-book your room. No refunds will be made.
Parking:
Valet parking is available for a nominal charge for valet parking ($15/day) billed through the Delta Queen Hotel. Parking on the south side of the river is in a public pay lot.

Chattanooga Water Taxi and
Fat Cat Ferry
offers transportation on Saturdays from noon to sunset (weather permitting) to guests who park on the south side of the river. It's a great addition to all downtown Chattanooga events. Available for private charter.
